Our country’s motorboat event is in the growth stage, and have a lot problems to be solved, especially in this new round reform critical period. The way to develop the motorboat event is quite important.This thesis based on sport economics、sport marking、sport management、sport event management and administration, using the previous 5 period motorboat event as research background, and using literature method、expert interview、questionnaire method、mathematical statistics、logical analysis、field observation technique to analyze our country’s motorboat event current situation and the social effect、economic effect of the event. It get the following conclusion:1. With leaders’ high attention and support, our country’s motorboat event experienced from nothing to developing. It has become operating system of competition. The league matches promote the city brand and economic gain. In the meantime, the success of league matches bring a big benefit to the sponsor and media.2. The problems of our country’s motorboat event in the league matches are followed: 1) lack of manpower resource; 2) the force of league matches brand is not enough; 3) league matches lack of innovation; 4) the investigate of market development is insufficient. 5) the advertise of motorboat event is not enough; 6) the quality of league matches need to be improved.3. The motorboat league operation idea: 1) to grasp the situation, seize the opportunity, develop the motorboat league: use of policy support, combined with local characteristics, the characteristics of mining projects, provide business platform, grasp investment boom. 2) with the person this, by the accumulation of advanced talent strategy league development motivation: timely modifying a sports team training, talent guarantee for the sustainable development of the motor boat projects in China; Establish a professional and technical personnel training mechanism; In order to strengthen the management of volunteer organizations, improve the quality of service. 3) create league brand, promote the league \ "soft power\" : shaping league brand, improve the commercial value; Omni‐directional, multi‐channel star shape, make the league \ "exclusive postcards\"; To strengthen the construction of league culture, gift culture connotation. 4) the overall deployment, all‐round improve the quality of the league tournament: seize the enterprise needs, reasonable packing league; Improve the level of business and create brilliant event. 5) integration of resources, the overall deployment, intensify league market development: to continue to develop, must work in the mass base; To rapid development, must work in the capital source channel; Establishing stable league commercial sponsorship system, ensure the source of funds. 6) to enhance the publicity on the league, league influence and awareness, improve the network platform, to strengthen the communication with the participants to the timely and effective; To undertake an in‐depth investigation of the situation, formulate corresponding event promotion and advertising; Joint TV media, the network platform, make full use of the resources comprehensive report was carried out on the premier league.
