With the constant improvement of the socialist country built on the rule of law construction, how to guide the national set up the ideas and enhance their awareness of the importance of the rule of law, consciousness cultivation has become an important subject which the national and the society are paid attention to.On the condition that to promote the whole society to establish the legal consciousness, we should work hard to make the people to respect the law first, and then obey the law as an honor. Finally we can combine the knowing and doing of the rule of law consciousness cultivation. The school as the main place to cultivate the rule of law consciousness education of middle school students.When facing the current situation of our teenagers’ weak rule of law consciousness, it is imperative to strengthen the rule of law consciousness cultivation. It’s the real responsibility for school and teachers.Moral teaching has implemented the new curriculum reformation, the rule of law consciousness lesson has put forward that cultivating a "good citizen to study,understand,obey and use the law" as the goal, The teaching involves many aspects of the rule of law consciousness civilization contents, and become the main channel to cultivate the rule of law consciousness for middle school students.To enhance the middle school student’s rule of law consciousness civilization through the moral teaching is the inevitably approach for the all-round development of the middle school students,the practice of the socialist core values,and to cope with the objective reality of social transformation needs of Chinese society.My study conclude four parts. The first part is about the background and meaning of my study. Under the background of rule of law is also the determination of my study.The second part is the overview which conclude contents and meaning,it’s the logic basis of my study.The third part is the status analysis as well as the problem-orientated in my study,the rule of law consciousness civilization existing such problems:have a certain deviation in understanding, the epochal character is not strong enough,the method maybe too singleness,the effect of legal consciousness is not well enough.In the last part I put forward counter measures to strengthen the teaching of middle school moral to cultivate the rule of law consciousness.The middle school politics teacher should commit the legal consciousness teaching contents,enhance the legal consciousness accomplishment of the teachers,in accordance with the student’s physical and mental characteristics to improve the methods in educational teaching, enrich the carriers to legal consciousness civilization,school think highly of and explore the methods of legal consciousness civilization in the rule of law consciousness teaching. It’s the foothold of my whole text. We hope that through these measures can effectively enhance the level of middle school student’s rule of law consciousness.
