The policy of local colleges for free normal students is the extension and refinement subordinate normal college students free education policy in space.In the investigation of the two local colleges in Si Chuan Province free normal students input and support from college based learning summarize learning characteristics of the input, learnining into the commonness and individuality, analysis of college support and study the relationship between the investment, the college practical support and free normal students feel the school support, the college support problems. Based on the problems existing in the college support, the characteristics of the learning input o f free normal students and the factors that affect the input of the study are the reflection of the college training.The survey found that two colleges free normal students learning input characteri stics: learning input is insufficient, learning input and differentiation, learning input th eory of heavy practice, learning input there are gender and class differences. The college to support the existence of defects: emphasis on the synthesis and analysis, skill training, the value of the tool, causing the students’ practice than theory; assessment me thods based on the examinations, emphasis on professional knowledge and memory, teaching ability test, the test contents based on core knowledge and memory discipline, even science and engineering also emphasizes the questions, model, the concept of me mory; interpersonal relationship: relationship between students and the relationship be tween teachers and students is better, the relationship between students and administra tive staff should be improved; class management: pay attention to the class, style cons truction, integration of management of ordinary students in class construction experie nce, but no full-time counselors, time and effort will distract managers; division of labor is unknown, not teaching and management specialist is responsible for free normal students, providing exchange place and platform for different disciplines of free normal students; the school did not perform or hold certain plans Line deviation.Finally, according to the college’s support to put forward the following suggestions in to the characteristics of learning problems and free normal students:(1) the college sh ould clear the free normal education, teaching division, training system of free normal education gradually formed by the division of labor;(2) pay attention to interpersonal relationship construction, build the harmonious relationship between teachers and students,students and students and the administration staff relations, teaching and management work of power;(3) departments resolutely implement the free normal train ingplan, thetraining program established in teaching activities and classroom manage ment came into practice, gradually formed the teaching management mechanism of free normal students;(4) in the daily teaching, make the theory and practice integration. using theory to guide practice, understand the theory in the teaching practice;(5)To improve the quality of education and teaching, through the teaching of free normal college students to invest more time and energy in their studies.
