With the development of society and the closing concept between Chinese and the world, the request of talents becomes more and more international. At the same time, there are many reforms happening to schools as the main places of training talents. The concept of educators is changing,classroom communication is concerned by educational researchers and teachers. Any kind of educational behavior is based on the communication between teachers and students, so the classroom communication is the basic activity during teaching.This paper analyzes and compares the different situation of Chinese and American classroom communication, with the guidance of communication’s philosophical concept and the researches about classroom communication compare, by using the way of interview,questionnaire survey and literature review, the information I have collected from American class when I studied in American. This paper also talks about the shortage of Chinese classroom communication and explains the reasons. It also gives some suggestions about how to improve classroom communication according to American advantage and Chinese situation. I hope educators and teachers can change their educational concepts and pay more attention to classroom communication and make their class more effective in the future.Some researches show that Chinese educators have began to pay attention to classroom communication and some researchers have gotten some successes, but we also can find that class communication is faith,infrequent and closed in some classes.These situation and questions have existed for a long time and the reasons contains many aspects, such as the traditional educational concepts, the effect of schools’ regulars and educators. According to these reasons, I give some suggestions about how to construct effective class communication. First, the educational reform concept should be understood and practice deeply by educators. Second, Chinese educators’ concepts should be changed. Third, teachers should improve themselves through training and other ways for frequent organization of class communication.
