Today’s society, with the arrival of the era of the knowledge economy, knowledge, technology innovation, competition has become increasingly intense and increas ingly diverse social needs, the s ituation facing people in work and study environment is extremely complex. In many cases, the individual ability alone is difficult to completely handle a variety of complex issues and take effective and effic ient action. All need people to form groups and require further interdependence between the members of the organization, interrelated and work together to establish cooperative team to solve the complex problems and make the necessary action coordination, development team adaptability and continued ability to innovaterely on the power of teamwork miracles. Unity, cooperation is not just a way to solve the problem, but a moral quality. It embodies the collective wisdom of the people, it is an ind ispensable part of modern social life.Nowadays, cooperative learning is instructional theory and strategy adopted by a lot of country in the world. With a new reform on curriculum progressing in China, independent, cooperating and exploring approach of learning is widely advocated in our curriculum implementation, esp. cooperative learning. Consequently, trad itional student-learning mode and teacher-instructive conception have to be changed. The questionnaire investigation were found in actual mathematics and cooperation in the application of a formality, is not effective cooperation. The reasons, the teacher is lack of understanding and basic theories to effective cooperation. In addition, many of the research emphasis on the theory of cooperative learning, the specific combination of discipline teaching practice research is not much, it will lead to some confusion in the practice of teachers. The author through to the surrounding school survey found that some junior high school mathematics teachers in the process of organization of students cooperative learning, often some of the operational d ifficulties, such as: some students do not want to cooperate, some students do not know how to participate in cooperation, cooperative learning classroom discipline sometimes can not control and so on, fighting in the front line of junior middle school mathematics teachers need to study for junior high school mathematics classroom teaching of cooperative learning strategies and control measures.On the basis of the previous research results of the predecessors on the cooperative learning,combined with the author’s practice, This paper explores the strategies of cooperative learning for junior middle school mathematics teaching such as:(1) form a cooperative learning group, clear groups within the d ivis ion;(2) with guid ing case as a carrier to do instructional design;(3) the importance of cooperative learning for students in the infiltration education;(4) to teach students for effective cooperative learning methods and training students to develop good habits of cooperation;(5) establish systematic a nd effective evaluation scheme. Also put forward effective cooperative learning control measures such as:(1) walk off the platform, actively partic ipate in, careful observation, at any time correction;(2) guide students discuss the volume reduction, to prevent the influence of others;(3) ind ividual guidance, timely coaching;(4) Limited cooperation, try to avoid with the meaning extens ion of time;(5) to encourage competition, conflict mediation. Finally in the mathematics teaching practice preliminarily summed up new mathematics teaching, mathematics review c lass, commenting lesson in mathematics three classes of the basic cooperative learning mode for reference.
