Study On Function Of University Charter In The Modern University Governance

With the process of internationalization of higher education and universities to diversify function, the relation between the educational administrative departments, universities and society faced unprecedented challenges, to improve and perfect the modern university system is growing, and it trend in higher education reform the pipeline.
