A Research On The Problem Of College Students’ Identity Of Socialist Core Values From The Perspective Of Demand

Socialist Core Values is the wind vane to lead people`s thought, behavior and social direction. As the backbone of social development, whether the college students` identity of socialist core values will relate the future and the destiny of the motherland. While the demand as a fundamental driving force to stimulate the motivation of human behavior, it also has a certain effect on people`s mind and the identity. Therefore, it is a very vital significance to improve the socialist core values of college students` identity from the angle of demand.This paper firstly explores college students` identity of socialist core values from the perspective of demand based on the theory of Marx "people need" theory, Marx`s theory of needs was sinicized, Mas-low’s hierarchy theory of needs and Western identity theory, and seek the realistic basis from the specific situation of world, nation and college students. Secondly,grasp the present situation of identity and demand of college students by empirical investigation.Through the integration of data, analyze the problems appeared in the identity of the college students in response to demand: tending to utilitarian, floating on the surface and the emergence of swing. According to the questionnaire results and combined with the theory of demand,analyze factors that influence college students’ identity from three aspects of diverse needs of material life, multiple needs of spiritual life and the development needs of self realization.Finally, mainly from respecting the needs of students, perfecting teaching content and paying attention to the methods of guiding these three aspects to put forward the countermeasure, in order to strengthen the identity from the perspective of demand.
