With the development of mobile technology based on the improving of science and technology, the utility software of touch screen smart mobile phone and Tablet PC has become mature. Thus, it reaches to a special group— preschool children. Applied software for children becomes younger-age trend, bringing revolutionary change for children to explore the world, obtain knowledge and exchange thoughts. The modernized society for preschool education steps into “Finger- touched Era”. The Outline of Chinese Children’s Development(2012) figures out that “we should accelerate the pre-school children education for kids from 3 to 6 years old, optimize educational resources, expand space for digitized learning and promote the modernization and informatization of education in an all-round way.” Therefore, this research makes a design for media resources for children, which adapts to the trend of informatization of education, having a certain research value.This article firstly learns about the children’s needs for mobile media resources and its use condition through literature and questionnaire survey. Secondly, based on TAM theory, the article designs the affecting factor model for preschool children’s behavior intention, and combined with Reagan Smith Model, it analyzes variates of those affecting factors, makes a mode and designs cases according to the mode. This study selects the case of "Egyptian pyramids", which closely around the immersion experience, psycholocial needs, software characteristics and social effects these four factors for analying and designing. This media resource will be approved well the vividness and circumstances, which meets the learning demands for children. Finally, based on empirical research for resource cases, this article modifies and completes the resource evaluation in the way of questionnaire and interview for both parents and children.This research can give model supports for developers of children’s mobile media resources, in hope of creating good digital environment for children and providing children with good learning resources in order to meet cognitive needs. In this way, children can enjoy the fun brought by the digitization in the mode of experiential learning.
