Along with the advancement of the educational reform, education is rapidly changing in China. The change of teaching mode is one of the most important aspects. In many places, the teaching mode has changed from “Lesson plan teaching” to “learning plan teaching”.Learning plan teaching is based on learning plan. Teachers’ Guidance and regulation become teaching means. Students’ autonomic learning is outstanding. It pays attention to teach students learning method and cultivates students’ investigative ability and consciousness of innovation. It develops students’ comprehensive quality effectively, and it improves the efficiency of education.In order to study the current application of learning plan teaching, who is in biological teaching process of senior high school. The author researched and analyzed the current situation and existing problems of learning plan teaching through literature, questionnaire, observation and any other methods.The object of this investigation is 600 students who are in No. 3 middle school in Qingdao, Shandong province.(I selected four classes randomly in every grade.) And I also selected 40 teachers in some senior high schools in Qingdao. The students’ questionnaires were 600 and I recovered 587 questionnaires. The valid questionnaires were 570. The effective recovery rate was 95%. The teachers’ questionnaires were 40 and I recovered 40 questionnaires. The effective recovery rate was 100%. In order to study the learning plan teaching comprehensively, I interviewed 14 teachers.Through the survey, I found that more than 90% of the students thought that learning plan teaching was helpful to improve their academic performance, but many students have not adapted to the learning plan teaching mode, they didn’t know how to use the learning plan correctly, and more than half of the students thought that learning plan teaching did not change the passive learner’s role in the process of classroom teaching. More than 80% of the teachers would like to continue to use learning plan to help teach. But the understanding and continuous learning of the learning plan and learning plan teaching, the compilation of learning plan and any other aspects still existed some problems.The author thought that, to strengthen students’ subject consciousness and exploring ability, we should foster students’ learning habits and methods when they were kids, and we should strengthen students’ understanding of learning plan teaching and teach them how to use the learning plan. We also should strengthen teachers’ understanding of learning plan and make teachers continue to learn how to teach by learning plan, we should strengthen teachers’ ability of compiling the learning plan and learning plan teaching. The educational authorities should strengthen teachers’ training. When they carrying out the new educational modes and methods, educational authorities should combine the specific circumstances, individualize teaching and perfect the evaluation and so on.
