Positive psychological quality training is one of the goals of the mental health education of primary and secondary schools, while it always be put on a neglected position in the countryside junior middle school education, even though as an important part of basic education. What is important, the junior middle school students’ physical and mental development are much especial. So we have to focus on psychological health of teachers and students. Although teachers have consciousness and behavior about cultivating on students’ positive psychological quality, at the same time, they have a lot of training methods and countermeasures in the teaching, but also, they never form a general theory and method. Therefore, cultivating the students’ positive psychological quality has a certain practical significance in the discipline teaching.This article mainly uses literature research, questionnaire survey method and interview method. First of all, I combed the relevant theories of positive psychology and positive mental health education and research. Then I chose three rural junior high school 30 class’ s students and with the corresponding teachers who teaches three subjects---Chinese、Math and English as subjects in Ningxiang county.Through the questionnaire survey the positive psychological quality status quot of the characteristics of rural junior high school students, positive mental health of teachers, and teachers’ perceptions of positive psychological quality, After analysis the results of statistic, the following conclusions are included:1、The main positive psychological quality of students’ situation is good, and its score is lowest in the dimension of knowledge and intelligence, but highest in mercy.2、Teachers have a good attitude in cultivating the positive psychological quality, but the cognitive is not good.3、Chinese teachers’ cognitive and behavior in positive psychological quality have a great influence on students. There are some problems on Analysis of teachers’ positive mental health level of rural middle school students, Teachers to positive psychological quality and positive mental health level. As follows:1、Students positive mental quality development is not balanced.2、The teacher has not formed the idea of positive mental health education.3、Teachers lack of positive psychological quality cognition.According to the above problem, the author puts forward the countermeasures of three aspects:1、Attaching importance to emotional teaching, and enhancing teachers’ and students’ positive emotions.2、Focusing on the teaching process and paying attention to the cultivation of positive mental quality.3、School, family, social trinity of positive mental health education.
