The Research On The Economic Benefit Evaluation Of The New Campus Expansion Project Of Technological Vocational College Of Dezhou

Technical and vocational education is an important part of modern education, and is an important pillar of industrialization and the socialization of production, modern. In recent years, under the guidance of national education guidelines and policies, Government vigorously promote the reform and development of vocational and technical education. Vocational and technical education and achieved good results, as school size and quality have been expanding continuously. The improvement of the infrastructure is the basis for the development of vocational education. To meet the needs of development, many vocational education institutions are undergoing expansion on the basis of the original. In the process of renovation and expansion of the construction project, the economic evaluation of the project is essential. In order to favor the continued progress of the long-term economic and social development as well as vocational education, we must evaluate the project reasonably, as well as the allocation of resources in the process of the control project preparation and construction.The paper take the new campus expansion project of Technological Vocational College of Dezhou as the research object, based on the theories and methods of the project economic evaluation, conducting a market analysis, engineering analysis, financial analysis, and uncertainty analysis. A complete economic evaluation index system for the project is set up on the basis of full analysis, used AHP to determine the weight of levels of indicators, and finally used fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to carry out the evaluation of the project. The results showed that the project achieves better economic efficiency. In order to ensure the economic benefits of the project and long-term development of the school, financial evaluation and risk assessment of the new campus expansion project of Technological Vocational College of Dezhou should be focus on in the implementation process.
