To create a harmonious social environment by taking care of oneself and concerning others is not only the current demand, but also the future’s. The harmonious class communication plays an important role in the body and mind development, the emotional attitude, the self-awareness and so on. The process of the class communication requires not only to transfer the cultural knowledge from which the students can obtain the needed knowledge and skills, but also to cultivate the right self-awareness and the value sense through the good interpersonal relationship. The class communication attaches great importance to the personality. So, this study focuses and locates on the junior high school students’ learning-life practice, combined with the students’ individual and social demand, then it explores the current class communication problems of the junior high school students’ personality development. It puts forward the countermeasures on the basis of analyzing the existing dominant class communication modes and the causes of them, so that pay attention to the role of class communication in education, to make the junior high school students engaged in the host status, mastering the measures of communicating with others,and learning how to get along with others, then to make a ready- prepare for a transition to the society.The full text takes research on the junior high school students’ class communication modes in the perspective of personality development, including the following parts:The first part, as the introduction part, introduces the problem that is proposed in this paper and its theoretical significance and practical significance, and put forward related research methods by sorting out and analyzing the related researches;The second part analyses the current communication modes of the junior high school students in class. It defines the core concepts and sorts out the communication modes in class, according to the contents, the status, the attitude, the require and the motivation. Then analyses the problems of the junior high school students’ personality development caused by the current communication in class;The third part analyses the reasons that cause the major modes in the junior high school students’ communication in class from the subjective and the objective aspects of the family,the school and the society.The forth part constructs the ideal communication modes of promoting personality development in class, so as to give full play to the role of communication in education, to meet the development of personality and socialization of the junior high school students, and to cultivate the talents with comprehensive abilities that conform to the requirements of the society.
