In today’s increasingly competitive society, all the competition comes down to.the human resources competition. Effective human resources development and management has a multiplier effect on the goals. Therefore, there is a growing emphasis on the development and management of human resources. This is for the school of PE teacher human resources development and management is no exception. Yanbian Korean autonomous prefecture, one of the western development region, policies for schools sports development provides a golden opportunity. Based on the Yanbian city middle school PE teacher human resources’development and management of research, discovered in the process of development and management problems in the system construction of the theoretical system of sports teachers in human resources development and management for school sports take the road of sustainable development laid theoretical basis.PE teacher human resources development of school sports is the guide and facilitator for the health of students, comprehensive development of great significance.
