In Chinese teaching, elementary education has long been regarded as the key stage of basic education. So Korean Chinese teachers’ professional development in the ethnic Korean primary school Chinese teaching is particularly important, relevant experts in the field of primary school Chinese teaching, much research has been trying to find an effective way to change the primary school Chinese teachers’ professional development and methods. However, in the ethnic minority areas, especially in yanbian area Korean elementary school language teacher’s research is very lack, has the very high research value.Korean primary school Chinese teachers’ professional development has an important influence for the Korean primary school teaching, is an integral part of the Korean Chinese teaching, to better understand Chinese, Korean students learn Chinese, Chinese of train thinking ability, etc. It is of great significance and far-reaching influence. Due to the Korean elementary Chinese level are greatly influenced by Chinese teachers, so, the Korean primary school Chinese teacher in the whole Chinese plays an important role, while the Korean Chinese teaching in the country in a leading position, Korean Chinese teaching situation is better, but the Korean Chinese teachers in teachers’ professional development problems also fly in the ointment.Yanji is the yanbian Korean autonomous prefecture capital, is located at the foot of changbai mountain, roars in the changbai and lakes, is the center of the promoting the city. According to recent statistics, the Korean population accounts for more than half of the population of yanji city, thus, make the Korean better master Chinese language for the entire region’s political, economic and cultural development is very important. The seven ethnic Korean primary school of yanji city at present, a total of 109 Chinese teachers. How to better make Korean better master is a important task of teaching and research. By questionnaire distribution and recovery, the Korean primary school Chinese teacher interviews and statistical methods such as pedagogy, found in yanji Korean primary school Chinese teachers’ professional development has obtained certain achievements, but there is also the Chinese teachers’ professional development value degree is not enough, teachers’ heavy workload, the problem such as teachers’ scientific research ability is not enough, has affected the yanji Korean primary school Chinese teachers’ professional development. So the description and analysis about the present situation of these problems is the focus of this thesis writing.At the same time, according to the survey, combined with the characteristics of Korean Chinese teachers’ professional development, further to explore the influence factors of the problem:not perfect evaluation mechanism and heavy teaching arrangement makes Chinese teachers to develop themselves and resistance to slack off, a single training model for teachers’professional development produce inhibition, is not conducive to teachers better play to their own characteristics, and not be able to use and adapt to the training, makes the professional development training form, which affect the improvement of ethnic Korean primary school Chinese teachers’ professional development.According to reflect the problem, the paper proposed from three aspects: their own departments, schools, teachers were proposed:to establish a reasonable employment system, ensure the quality of teachers source, increase for the Korean primary school Chinese teachers’professional attention, increase for Korean primary school Chinese teacher education funds investment, establish a more perfect mode of teacher professional body, places, schools for the professional training mode, personal level 3 training system, enrich the teachers’ training mode. The evaluation of reasonable arrangement of teaching time, establish a good mechanism and promote personal independent scientific research ability.
