Research On College Students Crime Under The Horizon Of College Ideological And Political Education

In recent years, the media reports of college students crimes into our line ofsight, some college students in universities, a violation of ethics, the phenomenon ofviolating the laws and regulations. Present a trend of increasing year by yearuniversity student crime problem, not only the major problem faced by the collegesand universities, has become the focus of social problems. Despite a lot of the causesof college students’ crime, such as individuals, families, schools, social factors, butwe have to bear the "to establish the moral，to set a good example" ideological andpolitical education work for deep thoughts.Ideological and political education, about national identity, social moral cultivation,youth values led. On January19,2015, general office of the central committee of thecommunist party of China, issued by the general office of the state council on furtherstrengthening and improving the opinions of the propaganda and ideological work incolleges and universities under the new situation, pointed out that start theideological and political education quality improvement project, to strengthen andimprove ideological and political education is an important and urgent strategic task.Further study of the current ideological and political education work, to furtherimprove the quality of college education, cultivate the high-quality talents of havingboth ability and political integrity is of great significance; Construction of collegestudents’ individual character, national character and national character has specialsignificance. Especially for crime prevention to reduce college students has directguiding role.In this paper, using literature analysis, case analysis and comparative analysismethod, in view of the current our country university student crime is a typical case,from the perspective of ideological and political education level research universitystudent crime prevention. In this paper, from the three parts of the current collegestudents from the ideological and political education in colleges and universitiescarry out specific analysis on crime research. The first part, the research of universitystudent crime is at present the main types, characteristics and the effect. According to the study found that college students’ violation of property, emotion crime, cybercrime and violent crime is a major type of the current college students’ crime, thecrime subject, means, presents different characteristics and motivation of threeaspects, from college students themselves, families, schools, four aspects analyzesthe serious consequences. The second part, mainly from the perspective ofideological and political education of college students’ crime causes, combined withmany typical cases, respectively from the legal system education, moral education,collectivism education, safety education and psychological health education and soon five aspects for cause analysis. The third part, the research on how to improveideological consciousness, reduce the college students’ crime prevention. First,strengthen the ideological and political education teaching staff, enhance the level ofideological and political education; Second, for different students groups, especiallysome crime prone group, and emphatically analyzed characteristic, strengthen thecorresponding education, improve efficiency, namely the innovation of this article;Three is to strengthen the social practice, the outlook of college students; Four is,strengthen school management, optimize the campus culture, create a good learningatmosphere; Five, enriching the content of optimizing the ideological and politicaleducation, and strengthen the discipline construction of ideological and politicaleducation theory.
