In recent years, consider to management convenience and safety of students, many school use a "closed" approach for student management. This kind of management has achieved some success in practice, but there are also many disadvantages in implementation, which caused a great controversy in the community and academia. Some scholars discussed the pros and cons from the perspective of the theory of the "closed-end management"; some scholars discussed the lack of institutional from the perspective of the system of "closed-end management"; some scholars questioned the "closed " management model theoretically; just a small part of scholars discussed the affect of " closed " management to middle school students. Therefore, at the base of theoretical and empirical research, the negative impact of "closed-end management" to students’ psychological health was studied.In this paper, based on the interview and the research of middle school students, the impact of "closed-end management" to students’ psychological health was studied in order to make up for shortcomings of previous studies and make constructive suggestions for the school’s administration. First, the author discusses the object and way of the research, the present situation of the research, the significance of the research. Second, analyze the positive impact of closed-end management to controlling the bad factor of society to impact the students, cultivating the independence of students, raising the will of students, cultivating the discipline concept of students, cultivating the group concept of students. Third, analyze the negative impact of closed-end management to the psychological quality, psychological characteristics, personality development, school psychology and interpersonal generated of secondary school students. Finally, from the educational philosophy, the management system of school, school culture, mental health education system of school, school mental health education model innovation and ability to enhance students’ self-education, recommendations of the development of students’ psychological health of a closed school was promoted.
