Jilin Province Volleyball In Higher Education Development Present Situation And Countermeasure Research

School sports education is an important part of college sports to drive and lead the vigorous and healthy development of school sports. In recent years, our country university sports towards a new stage, in the curriculum, teaching content, teaching methods which got a rapid growth of innovation. Volleyball is China’s traditional strengths, have mass, comprehensiveness, technical, confrontational, and many other features, as a collective movement was deeply loved by students. As the volleyball sport is gradually introduced into colleges and universities sports option class, in class option is also encountered in the development of many of the problems, such as:teaching methods lag, lack of facilities, shortage of professional teachers and so on, has seriously affected the popularization and development of volleyball in colleges and universities, is not conducive to the long-term development of the volleyball in colleges and universities. This research mainly uses the literature material method, expert interview method, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, the jilin province volleyball option class education teaching in colleges and universities, the building of teachers’, and students’ cognitive behavioral situation investigation, in order to search for the development of jilin province volleyball in higher education, and puts forward effective optimization path, for jilin university volleyball option class long-term, stable and healthy development to provide the reference and reference.The results that:(1) the jilin university volleyball option class has no unified teaching material, teaching method is given priority to with combination of theory teaching and practice teaching, the use of the teaching method is relatively single, evaluation method is given priority to with summative evaluation, overall less teaching hours, volleyball teaching facilities will not be able to guarantee the teaching needs. (2) the jilin province mainly in the majority with male volleyball in colleges and universities teachers, teachers’age is relatively young, teachers’ overall low education level, average fixed number of year of the teaching in 15 years. (3) the jilin university students’ low satisfaction of volleyball option class, to participate in volleyball consciousness is not strong, the motivation of students learning volleyball mainly strengthen body, part of the students’ earning attitude is not clear. (4) the restricting factors of jilin university volleyball option class is that students participate in interest is not high, the teachers strength weak, poor facilities, teaching lag, lack of leadership, organization and management is not perfect.To this, the author put forward the following measures:(1) as soon as possible in the old and worn in jilin province universities volleyball venues and facilities, increase funding for the construction of sports facilities in colleges and universities, to promote long-term, stable and healthy development of volleyball option class. (2) the optimization of the organization and management of jilin university volleyball option class, especially in the education teaching to be bold reforms and attempts to promote the long-term development of jilin province volleyball in higher education. (3) strengthen the jilin province volleyball in colleges and universities teacher in-service education and training, relevant incentive measures should be taken to support teachers to update professional knowledge, enhance the level of business and lay the foundation for lifelong development. (4) promote the enthusiasm of the jilin province college students to participate in volleyball, stimulate students’interest in learning, enhance students understanding of volleyball sports concept, nature, effect, promote the students’ participation.
