Study purpose: Although it’s known that movement can impact the recognition, the study findings for the impact of fatigue to recognition reach no agreementand there’s limited study on the impact on the recognition of ball gameplayers. Through the classic Bruce scheme mode of motion under lab conditions, this paper makes an objective monitoring on the activation of the brain ofbadminton players in handling the Flanker tasks before and after the fatiguewith the near infrared spectroscopy. In addition, based on the change ofmotion data and relevant physiological and biochemical indexes, the paperanalyzes the difference in control of badminton players before and afterfatigue. It also compares with common university students withoutprofessional training to study the difference on recognition control, thusoffering reference for further study on motion and recognition functions.Study method:16second-class professional badminton players from the majorof Sports Training of Capital University of Physical Education and Sports areselected as the experimental group, while another16common universitystudents without professional badminton trainings are selected as the controlgroup. They’re supposed to move against the lab conditions on the Cosmos4.0treadmill according to the Bruce scheme(7levels, incremented from2.7km/hand10%slope to9.6km/h and22%slope). Two Flanker task tests are madeinstantly before and after the movement, and the change in the brain’s bloodand oxygen content is monitored by the infrared spectroscopy. Heart rate, blood lactate, oxygen saturation of blood, RPE, F and POMS scale valuesare recorded at each prescribed point.Study findings:1.Flanker task test: for both the experimental and control groups, thesubjects show a higher correction rate for both consistency and inconsistencytasks in the Flanker test before movement(P<0.01) and a shorter time forresponse. In the correction comparison in the consistent conditions of Flankertask, the experimental group is slightly higher than the control group beforemovement, while they’re basically the same after movement. In the correctioncomparison in the inconsistent conditions of Flanker task, the experimentalgroup is slightly lower than the control group before movement, while greatlyhigher than the control group upon fatigue due to movement. In the comparison of response time in the consistent conditions of Flanker task, theexperimental group is shorter than the control group, while shows a higherreduction rate than the control group upon fatigue due to movement. In thecomparison of response time in the inconsistent conditions of Flanker task, the experimental group is still shorter than the control group, while showslower reduction rate than the control group upon fatigue due to movement.2.Compare to those before the movement, the relative change in oxyhemoglobinof the subjects of the experimental group declines, while that of the controlgroup ascends.3.POMS and F-14scale test: at end of the experiment, the tension is mitigatedcompared to that before the movement, P<0.05; while the fatigue is testedtwice to be more obvious than that before movement, P<0.01; instant energyupon fatigue is less than that before movement, P<0.01; fatigue tested aftermovement is more obvious than that beforemovement, P<0.05.Study conclusion:1.The classic Bruce scheme movement can improve the execution control of theman. After sports fatigue, the execution control of the badminton athletesis better than the common university students without professional training.Through comparison before and after the movement, professional badmintonathletes show no apparent difference in dealing with simple tasks(Flanker taskconsistent conditions), but better ability in handling complicatedtasks(Flanker task inconsistent conditions) with common university studentswithout professional trainings.2.After sports fatigue, the relative change of oxyhemoglobin of the bloodincreases, and activation of the brain is higher than that before the movement, which embodies the exhaustive exercises can improve the excitement of thebrain.3.The blood lactate, the heart rate, the oxygen saturation of blood and theRPE have some relativity in reflecting the sports fatigue. Changes of suchindexes can be referred to mutually.
