Research In The Long-term Mechanism Of"Marathon" In Ordinary College Students

This essay is based on students’ participate of marathon which is organized by me and investigative experience, In addition, with inquiring a lot of literature, make Fujian students of university students who take part in marathon as study, methods by means of documents, facility visit, questionnaire survey method, interview survey, case study, measurement and mathematical statistical, logical reasoning and so on, analyze the status quo of Xiamen Marathon participate of10universities of Fujian and the factor of long term mechanisms deterrent of academician who attend marathon, then structure the the factor of long term mechanisms for academician of Fujian university students take part in marathon. Draws the following conclusion in the research process:(1) College students to participate in the marathon has a very realistic significance, not only enrich the campus sports culture but also college life, training college students are not afraid of difficulties, tenaciously strive to succeed, dare to challenge themselves and limit, never give up.(2) Through the collection of materials and survey, only Xiamen University and Quanzhou Institute of technology to compare distinctive at the moment. Students actively participate in the Marathon, and the school introduced a series of invigorative measures.(3) A questionnaire survey of10colleges’students and find that contemporary college students have certain knowledge and understanding of marathon. Colleges and universities in Xiamen and the surrounding area attend to Marathon has a great percentage instead of others.(4) Attending to Marathon plays an important role to improve the students’ physical and mental health and social adaptation ability.(5)There are lots of restraining factor of attend to Marathon, such as systems, schools, students, families, funds, security and space.Concentrating on main factors of participate of Marathon, analyze all the factors and put forward the construction of ordinary college students in Fujian province to participate in the long-term mechanism of Marathon, then determine how to promote college students attend to Marathon deeply and lastingly. It is aimed at providing reference and help to ordinary college students in Fujian province to participate Marathon.
