We reviewed the theoretical and empirical studies which focused on the relationship of social support, work-family conflict and work performance in this study. And then we also analyzed the mechanism of internal relations and the characteristics of these three variables through analyzing the280collected questionnaires by SPSS software. The results showed that:Conclusion1:Both work family conflict and work performance have significant difference on demographic variables. In particular, the conflict between work and family of male is more serious than female. The man who married has higher conflicts than the man who are not married, in addition, the man who married get the higher score in interpersonal promotion dimension in work performance than unmarried. The man who got children and often work overtime and travels a lot experienced more work-family conflicts than the man who not get children and less work overtime and less travel on business.Conclusion2:There is a significant negative relationship between work-family conflict and the task performance and interpersonal promotion dimension of work performance. While the family-work conflict is negative is negative related with the three dimensions of work performance including work dedication, task performance and interpersonal promotion.Conclusion3:The three dimensions including family support, friend support and other support of social support and the total scores are all positive related with work dedication and task performance, but the relations between these variables with interpersonal promotion didn’t reach significance.Conclusion4:Work-family conflict is negative related with the friend support of social support, but didn’t reach the significant level with other two dimensions. While family work conflict has the negative relations with friend support and other support dimensions.Conclusion5:The total score of social support, family support, friend support are all significant influenced the family-work conflict through the mediation effect of work dedication and task performance of work performance. In addition, the family work conflict is also play the partial mediation in these relationships.
