Research On The Relationship Between University President And Secretary

The relationship between secretary and president of the university is the core of the university system with Chinese characteristics embodied. However, for a long time, the relationship between university presidents and secretaries should be how to locate and reasonable norms of science there has been a lot of controversy, has been in an indeterminate state. Due to both the lack of effective institutional norms and procedures are largely between the statute, president and secretary of a random, flexible interaction mechanism, which is one of the leading universities of the plight of internal governance.
