With the development of the information age, micro-video become the new darling of the media because of the dapper features. College students, as a special audience of new media, will be affected micro video on their life, values, world view, therefore, Therefore, the students improve media literacy is imperative. In this paper, literature research and survey methods discussed in the background; connotation micro-video, features and types; the meaning of media literacy and media literacy assessment criteria Students. Combined with micro-video media literacy and college students analyzed the relationship between the characteristics and influence between the two.
