Social capital as a new theoretical perspective, has drawn extensive concern from economics and sociology. Many research results have been published. From the micro level of social capital, this paper studies the structural differences of the rural social capital. In this paper, measuring dimension is consulting network, emotion network, helper network, trust network and borrowing network. Then it calculates index weight by factor analysis and gets the rural residents’ social capital stock. The index is including network scale, relationship strength, network top and network bottom of five networks. On the hypothesis of "the pattern of difference sequence", this paper analyses the nominate sequence of consulting network, emotion network, helper network, trust network and borrowing network. The results reveal that rural residents’ nomination order is family members, guasi-consanguinity, relation, non-kinsfolk. It is different from the pattern of difference sequence. On the hypothesis of economic income disparities, this paper attempts to verify the hypothesis from household income and non-agricultural income. The results show that the household income of rural residents is higher, the higher the stock of social capital. Non-agricultural income has the same conclusion. It also enlightens us that improving rural residents’ income is the first thing to promote rural residents’ social capital. The economic income and social capital has double effects, but the material basis is the precondition and foundation for the development of everything. In power, our country is still the redistribution system. The particularity of party membership in current society still exists, especially in rural. The results revealed that the rural residents with the party members’ status have the higher social capital stock. Compared with household income and non-agricultural income, party membership degree of impact on rural social capital is weak.
