The Research On The ’Embedded Mode’ Of The Social Work Pattern In Communist Youth Works

Recently, with the rapid development of the social productive forces and social relations, the youth problems have become more and more obvious and complicated in china. However, there is no an explicit policy, offices or organizations being made to deal with youth problems. The youth work pattern is continued the old ways old vertical labour division, and knock –for–knock. The specific works are normally managed and undertook by the government, and assisted by communist youth league. Now the above mentioned pattern is unable to meet the demands of youth problems in new situation. Although some developed areas have been seeking a more professional mode for youth social work, there is a long way for china to make the youth social work system complete and professional. There for, due to the conditions of fund limitation and professional deficiency in this area,taking Binghai youth social service organization as a case, this article is to analyze the development and challenges of the youth social service organization is a non-profit social organization which is engaged in community social work of youth affairs. The author collects data through the methods of personal involvement, random interviews and field visit, and intends to show the establishment, operation and service effects of Binghai youth social service organization. In addition, the author also conductsshallow layers of exploration and analysis about “embedded mode” the development mode of social work organizations. Further to explore youth club embedded structure from the perspective of dynamic, such as the embedded subject, the embedded object, the embedded process and space and the effect of embedded. Finally, the author intends to argue the possibility of the implement of the embedded community social wore mode in the area.
