The population of the flipped classroom model in China represents the evolution of the concept of a teaching. At the same time it changed the traditional classroom teaching and process knowledge and internalization of knowledge of the two important stages. The new model has changed the traditional teaching roles of teachers and students to use classroom time and was re-planning. It exactly reflects the new curriculum reform teaching students to become the main requirements, and the realization of the traditional teaching model innovation. In practice, many domestic middle schools has used flipped classroom model. We began to focus flipped classroom model can give us what kind of changes in secondary education, However, the implementation of existing domestic flipped classroom model is more surface to mimic the pattern. Flipped classroom model lacks the necessary funding, teaching equipment, teachers (training) and other elements to support and guarantee conditions. Also exist, such as:Schools too much attention to the technical aspects of the operation, while ignoring the core aspects of research flipped classroom. Role of teachers in flip mode is weakened. Students learn in isolation at the computer screen. These will affect flipped classroom model of teaching effectiveness, operational efficiency. Therefore, this study will be flipped classroom model of teaching effectiveness research, analyzes how to meet the conditions to guarantee the efficient mode of practice in high school.This study based on the field research of flipping classroom model of the Jukui high school in Jiangjin. And to analyze its cost structure and the expected output respectively. By discuss output and cost ratio to Analysis the school’s mode efficiency situation. Cost structure through field visits set up to manage its hardware facilities; students with multimedia learning tools; System Software Selection; teacher training and so on. The output mode is mainly reflected in:Students learn skills by upgrading; harvesting capacity in emotional attitudes; Enhance teachers’ professional skills; Income of school’s reputation; enrollment and other aspects. And found that teachers and students acceptance of flip mode, the high level of expectations. The above conditions are analyzed and compared with investment income in terms of Jukui high school. We found that the operating efficiency is acceptable.We conclude that Flipping mode current applications at the secondary level, The current trend is consistent with the requirements of education reform, but also have the potential to effective teaching. Under certain conditions and proper planning is worth trying.Finally, find and summarize some of the characteristics of this new model. And analyze the advantages and disadvantages of this model. Flip classroom has these advantages:Students become learners and achieve personalized learning; Micro-video can keep students’interest in learning; Rational planning study time; Optimize the allocation of educational resources and so on. There are also the following disadvantages:Over-reliance on self-learning ability; the current lack of digital resources; Limited by the ability of teachers; Differences on the subject content and so on. Department for patterns of these advantages and disadvantages, combined with the Jukui high school’s actual situation, this article summarizes a few modes are efficient operation of security conditions:Reasonable to invest in learning platform; Teacher training to enhance the ability of teachers flipping business; Changes in the student evaluation of teaching methods. Finally, make targeted recommendations to improve the efficiency of the model. Such as:Flipping mode should use appropriate and timely; Teachers must participate in efforts to deepen students’ classroom interaction; Teachers should strengthen the control and feedback mechanisms for students to learn the skilled use.
