Research On College Students’ Academic Moral Problem Of Network Culture Background

In 2015 government work report, the Premier of State Council Li Keqiang pointed out, “To vigorously carry out the construction of scientific research platform”, “The key of innovation and created is human”, we should “combat infringement, effective protection of invention and creation”, so as to provide the impetus and direction of academic innovation for scientific and technical workers, intellectuals especially the college students as a cultural construction of reserve forces. College students as a reserve in the academic circles of our country, its academic morality level determines our academic and research development orientation. In other words, the academic morality is one of the basic qualities of college students in the school academic process, also the academic development direction in China and the basic criteria.But with the development of network culture is becoming increasingly popular, students’ academic moral problems increasing, the abuse of others’ academic, homework rely on internet plagiarism, using mobile phone’s network cheating in examinations, certificates fraud, wantonly forwarding the negative energy of academic information is often seen. Analysis and research the countermeasures of students’ academic problems on network culture background, is the requirements of purify network environment, strengthen the network advantages; also is the requirements of implement quality education of students, perfect the mechanism of university; more is the requirements of correct the character of students, improve the quality of students, has the vital significance to our country culture and technology construction. This article has four chapters, firstly, reviews the background and purposes, research status at home and abroad; on this basis, the definition and characteristic of network culture as breakthrough point, studies the necessary of moral problems of students, pointed out the influence of network culture on academic thinking and behavior of students; systematic analysis the reasons and new features of students’ academic problems under the background of network culture; finally analysis and solve the academic moral problem of college students from network environment, school education and students themselves three aspects.
