Research On Management Of University Open Large-scale Computer Lab Based On Project Management

In the recent 30 years, computer technology,with its rapid development,greatly promotes the progress of the society. People realize information technology has permeated various aspects as economic development and social life. Computer closely related to people’s mode of production、lifestyle and way of learning.University provides advanced education which is the important integration point of Science and technology as the first productivity and Talents as the first resource,also is the important carrier of advanced culture construction and development.With the Enrollment of university, advanced education develops rapidly. Information technology has a revolutionary impact on the development of Education.The computer course has become a required course for every student in collage and university. As the important practice places for computer courses, University computer labs is the important base for training students’ ability to practice,to analyse and solve problems, playing an very important pole in teaching plan. With the spirit of reformation and sustainable development, to strengthen the construction and management of computer labs,through training students’ actual ability of practicing, to stimulate students’ innovation consciousness and ability, in order to enhance their quality, is the way to guarantee our students to take the advantageous position in all kinds of competitions.Project management, as the newest modern management mode, is more and more applied to all walks of life.This article will take example as the computer center of ZheJiang University of Technology, analyse from the perspective of project management, discover the inadequacy in lab management, and put forward the solutions in the aspects as human resource,communication management and quality management.Based on project management theories, the article presents countermeasures of research on optimized management of computer center lab. Generally, the study is divided into four aspects as follows:(1)The optimal allocation of resources. The analysis mainly base on the demonstration of construction funds, the integration of material resources and the management of human resource.(2)The strategies to improve the quality of computer lab performance efficiency: To maintain the favorable environment of computer lab and its detail ways; To maintain the condition of the hardware of computer lab, Highly presents several stoppage phenomenons and their elimination methods; To analyse the advantages and implementation process of using hard disk partition management and technology of hard disk protection card; in the end, to discuss about the source and prevention of computer virus.(3)To elaborate how to improve the performance efficiency through strengthen management.(4)Starts from the concept of performance, try to find the efficient methods of improving the running performance of computer lab.In the end, this article will put forward the safeguard measures of computer center lab optimized management in 3 aspects as system, staffing and funding.
