Meanwhile this thesis can be helpful and insightful to the basketball leagues in other cities and provinces.Here are some conclusions: 1. The atmosphere of the Sha He Basketball League is very good. The audiences, including the basketball lovers, are very satisfied about the situation of the league. 2. The organization of Sha He Basketball League is too simplified, which cannot fully fulfill the basketball lovers’ requirement to participate into the league. 3. The investment of the sponsors of Sha He Basketball League cannot effectively trigger audiences’ desire to purchase their products, which makes the sponsors unprofitable in the short term. This can be a potential sabotage to the resource of the funding. 4. So far the referees are professional enough to meet the requirement of the Sha He Basketball League. But with the focus of the current system structure and future development, Sha He Basketball League will be in short of professional referees. 5. There are 16 coaches in Sha He Basketball League; more than half of them are not qualified to the cetificate of National Coach. They don’t have the ability of coaching, the scientific instruction to the basketball players’ training, and the strategy to lead the team during the match.Focusing on these aspects, here are some suggestions: 1. The current coaches should be encouraged more to obtain the Certificate of National Basketball Coach, and be trained more to have the professional ability of coaching.
