Research On Using Adventure Activity For Teenagers’group And Based The Solution-focused Brief Therapy

In recent years, the social work professional development in mainland Chinese, behind the prosperity, the voice of doubt more and more. In the youth group social work as an example, the author engaged in social work during heard many government officials and service object that youth team work is a game of one-sided understanding, have seen a lot of front-line social workers under questioning resigned from the job. In order to survive the occupation, social workers must show the actual effectiveness of the work. I engaged in Guangzhou adolescents front-line social workers for many years, has accumulated some practical experience teenagers, this paper is the author will focus on the process of practice to Solution focused brief therapy(SFBT) and Adventure activitieses, technology combined with the application to group work in empirical research, the combination of small group work mode is very common in Hong Kong’s social practice. In contrast to previous literature, but rarely mentioned in the academic field of social work, which is also the achievements of the existence and significance of this innovative. Shown in order to better the combination of team work, this paper starts from the current situation of the development of Guangzhou C street youth working group, to physical and mental development of young people, social cognitive expectations, government purchase service level illustrates the factors that influence adolescent group work carried out by the present, and through the analysis of SFBT the orientation time is very short, quick and Adventure activitieses for youth development needs and other advantages, and youth groups to carry out the work of the lack of fit to show the binding mode in the face of the actual working environment of the feasibility and necessity. And then through the focus to SFBT and Adventure activitieses under the guidance of the theory of design and development of "Improve" self growth group, recruited from personnel, set goals, planing, implementation plan and team effectiveness evaluation throughout the process and relates to the method and principle, the process of recording data are presented, with practical examples prove the two technology combined with team work mode of youth work to carry out the applicability and operability. The organic combination of social workers should believe in the potential of the service object, in carrying out the process group to have to have a sense of cooperation and service object; practice should strengthen the theoretical research and practical exploration, the research object from the theory and the group itself is extended to use focal point solve orientation and Adventure activitieses as the carrier of the working group of social workers; to meet the service object as a short-term solution to the problem need also to do long-term accompany the service object, consolidate they gain in the process of problem solving ability, to help them complete the changed from juvenile to adult transformation three direction guidance.
