With the development of the new curriculum reform and constantly updating of the education concept,The intension of comprehension ability, a impotent part of reading ability, is changing all the time. The requirements of students’ reading comprehension ability are not only understanding the specific knowledge, but also analysis and application on the foundation of comprehension. It presents demands for Chinese reading instruction that training students’ abilities on reintegration and using knowledge based on comprehending it. In view of above, Practicing the new concept of new curriculum standard, according to Bloom’s new cognitive goal classification theory.The paper has five chapters including the chapter four, which is the research emphasis of the paper. The paper arranged as follows:Chapter one is foreword, which expounds the topics value and makes a definition of the involved concept such as reading, reading ability, reading comprehension ability and so on. After looking up a large number of the Chinese and foreign literatures and summarizing them, the chapter clears up the present situation of the special research and makes sure the research contents, theoretical foundation, research thoughts and method.The second chapter is reading comprehension ability summary. The chapter is focus on the meaning of reading comprehension ability and makes sure the inscapes of it, which includes reading comprehension ability, reading classification ability, reading evaluation ability and reading transformation ability, and then expounds and analyses the significance of every ability formation.The third chapter, named making a frame for reading comprehension behavior, is based on the every element of reading comprehension ability in the second chapter. It researches and analyses the reading comprehension behavior in classes, explores many representations of reading comprehension ability, and makes behavior frames respectively for reading comprehension ability, reading classification ability, reading evaluation ability and reading transformation ability.The fourth chapter,to develop reading comprehension behavior standard.based on the framework and the framework and the stuengts’ reading comprehension ability elements behavor,the reading comprehension performance standaeds,in a standards as the basis of cultivation of method, and can put it as the basis of detection.What the name of the fifth chapter is reading comprehension ability training. It explores the training method of reading comprehension ability based on the previous three chapters. Primarily, it analyses the exercises named “discussion and practice after class” on the high school textbooks, makes sure what the textbook content requests for every element of reading comprehension ability and analysis the behavior characteristic of students when reading texts. And then, it puts forward methods of training reading comprehension ability based on the requirement of textbooks and students’ behaviors.The last chapter is epilogue, which illustrates the insufficient and innovation of the paper.
