parents are long-distance migrant workers,and who need to stay at homeand to be taken cared by others. The left-behind children’s physical andmental health has been the social concern. So,what kind of factors can affecttheir physical and mental health? The social support system and thepro-social behavior could be taken in consideration. A good social supportsystem can improve the level of individual’s self assessment,strengthen theirmental ability to face adverse environment,relieve the negative impact inresponse to external pressure,so as to make certain protective effects for thepsychological and behavioral adaptation. At the same time,a good pro-socialbehavior is also an important factor for the children blending into society. Inorder to explore the rural left-behind children’s pro-social behavior andsocial support system,and to provide more theoretical basis for ruralleft-behind children’s healthy growth and harmonious development,thisresearch surveyed407left-behind children in primary and secondary schoolswith social support rating scale and social tendencies measurement scale inguiyang,zunyi,xingyi and anshun.The results showed that: In the dimensions of social support,the girlsare more likely to get more social support than boys,girls are more likely toproduce pro-social behavior; The junior high school students are easier toget more objective support,and tend to produce more altruistic pro-socialbehavior. Primary school students are more likely to generate publicpro-social behavior; The han nationality rural left-behind children’sobjective support are higher than the minority rural left-behind children. Thehan children are more likely to produce altruistic pro-social behavior,andthe minority children are more likely to produce public pro-socialbehavior;The more social support are perceived, the more pro-socialbehavior are performed;The subjective support and support utilization can predict pro-social behavior.At the end of the study,the author put forward some suggestions tocultivate rural left-behind children’s pro-social behavior,and the ability toactively seek social support.
