Pro-social behavior refers to the behavior to help others, which including helping, sharing,humility, cooperation, comfort, donation, and self sacrifice all active, socially responsiblebehavior. At present, some college students lack pro-social behavior seriously, mainly displays inthree aspects: Firstly, some college students’ sense of moral consciousness is not strong whichlead to rising crime rates. Secondly, some college students’ social responsibility is not strongwhich lead to apathy in social events. Thirdly, some college students even have psychologicalproblems which lead to antisocial behavior. In order to solve the psychological problems ofcollege students, enhance the social value sense of identity, increase their willingness to make apro-social behavior, so as to realize the free comprehensive development. The article intends todraw lessons from the psychology of the specific principles and specific methods. From theperspective of ideological and political education psychology intervention, we can build a trinityof pro-social behaviors of college student education method which include social relationseducation dimension, power dimension modeling and cultural dimensions.First, from the social relations dimension of pro-social behavior departure, we can mainlyguide students to reduce social prejudice, shape the students’ supreme personality and form thecorrect values of pro-social behavior. From the perspective of psychological guidance,institution-building and art probation, we can correct inverse social behavior of college students.Learning from Hofland’s “attitude change theory”, we can form various theoretical on attitudeformation of pro-social behavior.Second, from the driving force for pro-social behavior dimension departure, we can seekeffective mechanisms to help motivate pro-social behavior. We can use the role of material andspiritual encourage, continue to strengthen their sense of belonging and social cohesion of thecommunity. With the effective group around college students, we can establish pro-social modelsand formulate relevant social norms. Starting from the students’ emotional experience, we can enhance the college’s empathy.Third, from the cultural establishment dimension of pro-social departure, we can not only tostrengthen the campus cultural environment and network environment around students, but alsouse the students’ cultural characteristics to form a reference group. And learning from theemployees rescue plan, we can form an EAP programs on ideological and political educationpsychology.Last but not least, to construct the pro-social behavior approach, ideological and politicaleducation should not only have to communicate with psychology, but also to learn from otherdisciplines doctrinal, so we can achieve how to study in cross-disciplinary and cross-cultural.
