Kindergarten education is the most frontier and important stage as the fundamental part of full-time education. It is a stage that broadcasts the seeds of hope; and the earlier the seed of love is planted, the deeper it roots. The class of a kindergarten is an important nuclear unit, one of the places where children study and play. Besides, the kindergarten children are so immature that they need teachers and assistants’help and guidance. Therefore, the management of class is of special importance in whole day’ s activity in the kindergarten, which affects directly the children’s development mentally and physically.This research centers on The Kindergarten Attached to NENU to study the class life management, class education management, and class communication current situation, its problems and its causes under the background of the sunshine education paying equal attention to three nurtures. Guided by the background of the sunshine education paying equal attention to three nurtures, this research explores the strategy of class management. From analysis, it reaches to such conclusions:1. under the background of the sunshine education paying equal attention to three nurtures, there are some problems in class life management, class education management, and class communication in the Kindergarten Attached to NENU.2under the background of the sunshine education paying equal attention to three nurtures, the effective class management are influenced by those factors:kindergarten teachers stick to old educational believes and low in professional skills; children’s personalities are different; children’s self-center companionship in friends-making activities; the parents play passive roles in participating, cooperating and supporting kindergarten education.3. the harmonious development of the three nurtures of children can be boosted by enhancing kindergarten teachers’training, applying3+X+Y class pattern, creating the sunshine education paying equal attention to three nurtures environment in the kindergarten, further the communication, building up positive interpersonal relationship.
