Research On The Endowment Insurance Of Laid-off Workers In Social Work

In the1990s，"laid off" appeared in people’s life, laid-off workers arefacing many problems. Therefore, the problem of laid-off workers hascaused widespread concern in the community. Attention from the earlyreemployment of laid-off workers, with the passage of time, the laid-offworkers from the youth slowly into old age, more attention is currentlylaid-off workers endowment insurance.In this paper, Ningcheng County East community as the research object,through the community of laid-off workers conducted a questionnairesurvey, combined with depth interviews, from the perspective of social workto the laid-off workers,family person analysis, understand the life conditionand the endowment insurance of laid-off workers, the use of group work andcase work method of intervention to the laid-off workers.This paper consists of introduction, three chapters, conclusion,references.The introduction part, including research situation, the research goaland the significance, research methods and basic ideas of thesis and researchprocess.The first chapter, mainly on the East Community Ningcheng Countylaid-off workers to participate in the old-age insurance for the state, throughthe collation and analysis of questionnaire, the basic situation of the laid-offworkers and the East community endowment insurance data, and analyzesthe present situation of endowment insurance of laid-off workers through thedata.The second chapter, the reasons of laid-off workers endowmentinsurance difficulties, analyzes from two aspects: First of all, the laid-offworkers,of personal factors are summarized into three aspects to pay old-ageinsurance will,economic burden, the quality of their own; Second, the factors of social aspects summarized as three aspects of government, communityconcern enterprise management, Corporate care.The third chapter is mainly on the specific intervention, social pensioninsurance status in the laid-off workers, using the methods of social workintervention for laid-off workers, social support networks through groupwork method in construction of the laid-off workers, supplemented by casework for the laid-off workers to resolve practical difficulties. Also, theintervention of social work after the end of the staff, clients and thecommunity aspects of the three intervention process and result of theevaluation, the interventional effect.In conclusion, a comprehensive summary to this article, the authorfound in the study summed up the problems and Reflections on the east ofNingcheng County Community Endowment Insurance of laid-off workers.
