We choose the students from vocational schools in rural areas as the participants in this study, we investigated the overall level of self-concept and learning burnout and family environment, analyzed the relationship among the family environment self-concept and learning burnout, and sought the self-concept role in the concept of family environment and learning burnout, in order to find the method to reduce the learning burnout. Students in this study were tested in the5vocational schools in Zao zhuang City, all participants were from rural family. There were309valid questionnaires. The valit rate of the questionnaires was approximately94%. The questionnaires were:High School Students Home Environment Questionnaire, Tennessee Self Concept Scale and Students Learning Burnout Questionnaire.The conclusions were as followings:1. Rural vocational school students’ family environment was negatively correlated with burnout significantly, good family environment low academic burnout, Poor family environment is easy to produce higher academic burnout;2. Rural vocational school students’ self-concept was negatively correlated with burnout significantly, positive self-concept, low academic burnout, negative self-concept is easy to produce a high burnout;3. Rural vocational school students’ family environment was not significantly related with self-concept except the factor of family self in self-concept.
