Reform and opening up causes the reform of socialist market economy in our country.Market economy values reflect in pre-school education, becoming a market-oriented reforms in this field.On the one hand, the state partially pushes pre-school education into market,which helps use market rules to allocate resources, strengthen the competition consciousness, and activate the vitality. It opens the rapid development of China’s private preschool period.On the other hand, there has been some phenomenons of "Market economy embedded in education". It means that some preschool institutions no longer take the child or adult learners’development and needs as the starting point and foothold, not exactly concern with improving the quality of education, but pay more close attention to the survival, competition, profit of institutions. The values of the market economy that greatly impact on each individual involved in it.Under the surface of prosperity and chaos with private preschool education, educational beliefs as judging principles to determine all relevant factors of educational process,and guiding role of educational and teaching activities,are facing severe tests.Based on the background of above social development,this study adopts case study, through interview, observation and object analysis, put study subjects’educational beliefs into the interaction of socio-economic,cultural environment and personal life experiences to analysis. The paper is divided into four parts as follows:The first chapter introduces the origins, significance, literature review and research process of this study.The second chapter, from two dimensions of content and practice,describes the structure of educational beliefs.and then discusses the foundation of study subjects’ educational beliefs and practice.The third chapter, by the human ecological development as framework, analyzes the factors that affect the formation and development of two preschool education professionals’educational beliefs,and then explores the value of educational beliefs. Based on analysis of the two study subjects, the researchers found that: First, Although there is a deviation between two study subjects, their educational beliefs,such as children, teaching, teacher, family education, running school and so on,which are based on the Child-Center theory, and tend to integrate theory with practice.Second, the two subjects’educational beliefs are influenced by the environment of each system, including family background, personality, educational experience, work experience and socio-political and economic environment, etc. Therefore,we must jump to the limitations of single factor, expanding the scope of the discussion from individual life experiences to the social and cultural environment.Third,school professional education system is a prelude for a person to become a professional. Professional education helps learners master the specialized knowledge system, formate professional consciousness and internal ethical principles, establish the fundamental core of educational beliefs.That is,,education is for the purpose of human development. It is over the double meanings of "enter preschool education market" and "defend the bottom line of educational ethic ",the research subjects are defined as preschool educational professionals.
