Curriculum standards promulgated is a sign of the new curriculum reform, it needs to have embodied the spirit of the testing and evaluation criteria. In this paper the consistency problem of academic standards and curriculum standards at home and abroad is increasingly becoming a hot topic in the field of curriculum studies.This study is the use of the four dimensions in "Webb" consistency analysis, for example:the knowledge type, knowledge breadth, depth of knowledge and knowledge distribution equilibrium,to analysis the level of alignment between the content part in the standard and the physics examinations of Nanjing, Suzhou and Yancheng from2012to2013.The study shows that, in the two dimensions of knowledge type, knowledge distribution balance, it has the high consistency among entrance examination papers of junior high school in three cities.At the same time, the breadth of knowledge in the examination paper examines of three cities is narrow, and the depth dimension too difficult.This paper analyzes the relationship and differences between entrance examination papers and physical content standards, and then think about the underlying cause. The main purpose is to test selection and evaluation criteria of unities. The suggests have been concluded that through this consistency of evaluation and curriculum standard research, to grasp the content validity of measurement tools more strictly and accurately, and to improve the quality of senior high school entrance examination.
