Research Of Training Mechanism Of College Students’ Integrity Education In Transition Period

Honesty is a traditional virtue of the Chinese nation, is the modern citizen moralbasic request, is the symbol of social civilization. As the successors of the socialistcause and the future pillars of society, the college students should have honest andtrustworthy quality in the new period, but the lack of credit is serious, and it not onlyaffect the healthy growth of college students, but also brought negative effect to thesocialist market economy, the research on the new period college students’ honestyeducation training mechanism has become an important and urgent task.This article take the new period university student’s honesty education trainingmechanism as research object, and have deep analysis and research on the trainingmechanism of college students integrity education.the content and results of theresearch are mainly have the following aspects:Firstly, this paper get the first-hand information by questionnaires, have deepresearch and analysis of the survey results, and find out the six problems of collegestudents’ integrity education existing and analyze its reason.Secondly, based on the research of college students’ integrity education statusand its reason, this paper propose six principles and the college students’ integrityeducation running mechanism.Finally, based on the above analysis, this paper probe college students’ integrityeducation training mechanisms from five aspects such as strengthening integrityeducation management, to improve the content of integrity education, expand andinnovative training ways, construct management and evaluation mechanisms,construct college students consciously practice integrity mechanisms and so on.
