Fairness is the primary and fundamental choice of Admission System, the focus of currentsocial critics and also the focal point of system reform. From a certain perspective, too muchemphasis on fairness is becoming a "stumbling block" in the process of deepening the enrollmentsystem reform.Admission relationship consists of schools and candidates, so the two parts will form threepairs of relationships: the relationship between schools, between candidates, and between theschool and candidate. The two subjects of any kind pair are equal to each other in the process ofadmission. So from this point of view, this paper will have a fair focus on the batch system,voluntary system, Toudang system and other main rules in order to put forward some reformproposals.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction, which mainly introduces the research background, researchsignificance, research design, summarizes the research present situation of the recruitment fair,and points out the limitations of existing research through literature review.The second part studies the admission relationship and the admission relation’s subjects.The admission relationship refers to the legal rights and obligations of the concerned subjects. Thesubjects consist of schools and candidates.The third part introduces the main rules of admission system, including the voluntary system,batch system, toudang system, enrollment system, etc.The fourth part examines the fairness of the main systems from the angle of equality of theconcerned admission subjects.The fifth part introduces the main research conclusions, and put forward some reformproposals on this basis. At the same time, in the final chapter of this study, limitations of this studyare also addressed, and future research suggestions are provided.
