To Reshape Class Consciousness And The Reconstruction Of The Working Class

Reshaping the consciousness of the class is the key to the reconstruction of the working class. Throughout the history of the development of the working class in China, in different historical periods, the working class in the history of the stage play different roles, and bear different historical missions. Corresponding to this change, the consciousness of the working class obviously become weakened.Based on the relevant theory of class consciousness, I select Hangzhou Wan feng textile factory as a specific object of study, and then analysis the reasons, the necessity and path of contemporary consciousness of the working class reshaping. In the author’s opinion, the weakening of the contemporary Chinese working class consciousness directly interfered with the working class as a "self" of the class in an orderly, rational action to maintain and enhance their own interests,this led to the action of the non rational, non controlling, thus exacerbating the problem of social governance, at the same time, the weakening of working class consciousness also greatly hinder the working class to undertake the mission of the times. Therefore, it is necessary to reconstruct the consciousness of the working class in order to reconstruct the Chinese working class.
