Study Of Rural Women Labour Force Qinglong Manchu Autonomous County, Hebei Province

With the rapid development of China’s economy and society, urbanization continuesto accelerate, continuously pushing forward the construction of new socialist countryside,and great changes have taken place in rural areas. The employment situation for ruralfemale labors becomes more favorable, and expanded sphere of employment andenhanced rights to employment make them an increasingly prominent role in the variousfields, such as economic, political and social aspects. However, affected by various factors,rural female labor employment problem is still widespread, especially in QinglongManchu Autonomous County, which is a development-oriented poverty alleviation county,an autonomous county for ethnic minorities, and also an old revolutionary base area.This paper focuses on employment issues of female labor in Qinglong ManchuAutonomous County, The basic situation of rural female labor, employment situation,employment expectations and so on has carried on the on-the-spot investigation, Thisthrough literature research, questionnaire survey, interview method, case method,quantitative analysis, comparative analysis and other methods, for the county rural femalelabor force employment factors, problems and reasons are analyzed, and correspondingcountermeasures are put forward.The research shows low employment level and income,narrow information channels, and lack of job skills training are the main problems forrural female labor employment. This paper argues that ideas, their own quality, socialenvironment, policy, economy and other factors, are to a certain extent, affected the ruralfemale labor force employment behavior，limit their employment, income, and industrydevelopment space.Proposed in this paper, need from three aspects: government, societyand individuals set out to crack the rural female labor force employment situation. Onlyfrom three aspects of government, society and individuals work together to complementeach other, promote each other, through a combination of internal and external causes, inorder to better promote the rural female labor force full employment, raise their socialstatus, and to promote rural women’s freedom and equality to pursue and achieve theirideal.
