At the appearance of Chinese characters, calligraphy art was constructed in the process of writing with time going on. Longitudinal historical comparison method is used to research the conscious factors and the historical inevitability about the font-evolution in the Wei-Jin and southern and northern dynasties. maturity.Transverse comparison method is used to research the background on the politics, economy, culture, education and the system of choosing officers in Wei-Jin and southern and northern dynasties,which is due to figure out the real calligraphy environment.
