In Aristotle’s political science theory, distributive justice theory of the city citizens’ political rights occupies an important position. The political rights of distributive justice theory as a branch of the theory of distributive justice, also constitute an organic part of Aristotle’s theory of justice. Aristotle in his "political science" in the third and fourth volume focuses on distributive justice problem of citizens’ political rights, and as for the justice as justice, is found in the fifth volume ". Therefore, it is necessary to combine the two works of Aristotle’s political rights research theory of distributive justice.Aristotle’s theory is about the distributive justice theory of the city citizens’ political rights. City, city citizens, transform concepts constitute the basic concept of distributive justice theory of their political rights. For Aristotle, the city is made up city citizens owned particular political rights under the condition of a particular regime. City citizens are involved in the body of the political rights of distribution justice. Polis regime are the political rights of the justice of distribution system conditions. In addition, the political rights and political power has the meaning of the concept of overlap, and they also have certain difference.Aristotle thought, city of the citizen’s political rights only in accordance with the principle of "worthy" distribution are just. The worthy principle is proportional distribution principle and it is the transform of the contribution of each factor according to each city citizens to city-states size distribution corresponding political rights. Proportional allocation principle can be divided into arithmetic proportion principle and the principle of geometric proportion. In the real political life, each city-state justice principles are not the same. Civilian government, for example, on the basis of a single arithmetic proportion principle, only according to the average free identity to allocation o f political rights; Oligarchy is based on the principles of single geometric proportion, only according to the distribution of wealth to political rights. In Aristotle’s view, whether civilians, oligarchs or aristocracy, its distribution is one-sided. He argues that the comprehensive consideration of citizens to polis various contributions to political rights of distribution justice. In reality, he thought, the best regime is the advantages of both civilian oligarchs and a republic. It combined with wealth, virtuous, descent, and many other factors, following the principle of "geometric proportion", implements a relative average allocation with difference.Aristotle’s political rights distributive justice thought is profound and subtle. It is worthy principle namely proportional allocation principle as a basic principle of citizen’s political rights theory of distributive justice, and on the basis of the specific what is meant by "worthy" is discussed, and the best regime is a republic in the reality of the political rights allocation problem, which has made great theoretical achievements. In general, the distribution of his political rights justice theory has both the positive significance of many sided and a certain theoretical limitations due to the limitation of time.
