With the massive enrollment of colleges and universities, higher education into thepopular stage, but accompanied by the contradiction between social needs and personneltraining between the level of development continue to highlight. From our side can easilyfind a lot of outstanding outstanding achievement in school students, after graduatingfrom the development of flat and does not emerge in the community, the reason is notonly the needs of the community now outstanding performance IQ on academic talent,more is needed is a way to discern the environment to solve practical problems ofnon-traditional intelligence capabilities. To solve this problem, social intelligence isbecoming a hot research scholars. Social Intelligence is the ability to fully perceive thesocial information processing and reasonable basis, to make appropriate behavior,including a series of knowledge, experience and interpret social information,interpersonal problem solving skills.On the basis of domestic and international research, social intelligence as a startingpoint, a comprehensive study of the characteristics and level of social intelligence amongcollege students, the relationship between social intelligence and college campusesadaptation. In this study, college students in Wuhan were tested design of the two studies.A revised social intelligence research questionnaire, providing a foundation for researchstudies research2; study two methods using questionnaires comprehensive survey of thestatus of the intellectual community college students, and the impact of socialintelligence to adapt to the campus and found:1. Amendment of social intelligence questionnaire through confirmatory factor analysisfound that the questionnaire included social information processing, social awarenessand social skills in three dimensions, the three-factor model fit indices have reached acritical value, with good construct validity; reliability analysis found that the total questionnaire α coefficient of0.828, split-half reliability coefficients of0.739. Can beused as an effective tool to measure college students’ social intelligence;2. the use of a questionnaire survey of the status of social intelligence college studyfound that college students in social intelligence on the middle level, and grade,significant differences exist on the experience of professional, college classes andstudent leaders;3. college students and campus social intelligence to adapt there was a significantpositive correlation between the behavior of adaptive behavior on the campus ofinterpersonal behavior, career exploration plays a significant predictor;4. campus environment and campus support adaptation there is a significant correlationbetween the behavior of adaptive behavior on campus in academic development andcareer exploration predict with significant;5. Social intelligence of college students in the campus environment and campussupport adaptive behavior (academic adjustment, career exploration) between plays aregulatory role.
