The Harmonic Analysis On Anotn Webern’s Work Of Symphony Op.21

This article takes Anton Webern’ssymphony as the research object, analyzes in detail the str ucture and technique, And focuses on the harmonic analysis, in order to get a glimpse of creative features of technique twelve-tone composition. This paper through the four chapters, the first chapter introduces Anton Webern’s general situation of his creative.the second chapter focuses on the creation of the symphony analysis, the article will all sequences in the two movements all listed. And different colors represent different color in the line chart shows, in a more intuitive way analysis pitch and timbre. The third chapter is the symphony of harmonic analysis, has been a focus of attention in this paper.The author makes a analysis on the harmony.First of all, calculat set according to Allen Forte’set table, and lists all the vector sets and pcs.Then compare and analyze the harmony tonerelated to the chapter harmony o f twelve-tone according to 《Serial Composition》 Reginald Smitn Brindle. The fourth chapter is the characteristic of the symphony is discussed, including the use of twelve-tone series method and the texture characteristics of twelve-tone series.
