Cultural Relics Prevention Research Evaluation System Of Science And Technology Achievements Protection

The government of China pays more and more attention in the field of heritage conservation, the state also increased the intensity of preferential policies and financial support efforts. However, due to the fragility of heritage itself, scarcity and non-renewable, in the use of these scientific and technological achievements in the protection of cultural relics, we must undergo a rigorous evaluation, in order to avoid irreparable damage. Unfortunately, our government assessment for heritage protection class scientific and technological achievements of prevention is far from perfect, there is no clear evaluation criteria, rigorous evaluation process, evaluation methods and sound scientific evaluation of the organization. As a breakthrough point, this paper focuses on protection of cultural relics to prevent class science and technology achievements evaluation system.In this thesis, firstly, I studied the theory of scientific and technological achievements and technological achievements evaluation scholars summarized the relevant theoretical knowledge of preventive protection of cultural relics, as the literature review section of this articleSecondly, based on the protection of cultural relics of preventive guidelines and basic requirements of the evaluation of scientific and technological achievements, established the protection of cultural relics to prevent the design principle of evaluation system of scientific and technological achievements. Reference to previous research evaluation system to determine the five-level indicators covering technical safety, technology and other13secondary indicators of effectiveness, the use of expert scoring method and AHP for each indicator empowerment, and ultimately establish evaluation systemsFinally, the cultural relics protection and the prevention of medical management were compared to identify their similarities and standardize the evaluation process to ensure the smooth and efficient conduct evaluation. Redesigning the organizational structure evaluation, pointing out that the matrix organizational structure, the information can be a good circulation, hiring staff and flexible, so the most suitable for the evaluation of the results of scientific and technological heritage preventive protection class.
