Study On Visual Artistic Representation Of Costume In Digital Cinema

The digital cinema has a very close relationship with technology, since the use of optical and chemical equipment on the invention of the film to the electronic and digital equipment nowadays, the development of the film can be said as a microcosm of the development of science and technology. As an important part of the visual elements of the movie, clothing it has developed into the virtual style from the traditional entity style. Today,digital technology is impacting on the movies with lightning speed, meanwhile movie enriches the sensory world of the audience with extraordinary virtual space.The thesis starts from the Arts and Humanities as well as the technology development trajectory of digital cinema clothing, through Documentation Retrieval and case analysis, the initial humanistic ideas, production technology and the current development of digital cinema clothing were analyzed in detail. Next we make a comparative analysis on the similarities and differences of the design rules and equipments of the digital cinema clothing, especially between virtual clothing and traditional film movies. And we further illustrates the advantage of the digital cinema clothing on the functional expression along with the input-output. This part confirms the necessity and inevitability of the development of the digital cinema virtual clothing, as well as the development trend of intelligent clothing extended by digital cinema virtual clothing. In order to integrate theory and practice, I extracted the functional elements of the digital cinema clothing and applied it to the design. Describing the guiding effect of digital cinema clothing have made on the market of smart clothing.In the contemporary society of advocating people-oriented, green environmental protection and energy conservation, digital cinema clothing has an environmental restraint, making it used to the reality of the clothing market more frequently. The digital cinema clothing greatly broadens designers’view, injects new vitality to the film industry, and opens a new career path for composer and fashion designers. This is a perfect combination of fashion designers and animation designers.
