Clinical Observation On Yiqijiedu Prescription With Radical Radiotherapy To Treat The Nun-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective:Study the Clinical efficacy about the yiqijiedufang with radical radiotherapy to treat the nun-small cell lung cancer and discuss the Yiqijiedu effect for the side reaction of radiotherapy. It has provided a cheap and effectiveness of radical radiotherapy to reduce the lung cancer side effects of effective prescriptions for the clinical practice.Methods:60 patients cases were included in with lung cancer and randomly divided into two groups of Chinese medicine and comparison. Chinese medicine group use Yiqijiedu effect at the same period of radiotherapy, the comparison group without any radiotherapy side effects treatment and drug-related prevention. Respectively, patients with observation of physical and chemical inspection, signs and symptoms, Karnofsky score, Tumor size, etc. before and after radiotherapy, and for statistical analysis. All results were statistical treatment by SPSS 16.0.Results:The Chinese group and the comparison group have significant differences in signs and symptoms score, Karnofsky score, Objective tumor effect, etc.â‘ After radiotherapy, the Chinese Medicines are better than the control group in the example number of ease symptomsand the degree.two groups have significant difference (P<0.05).â‘¡fter radiotherapy, Karnofsky Medicines Board mostly stabilized or increased, and the comparison group mostly reduced. Two groups have significant difference (P<0.05).â‘¢After radiotherapy,the tumor objective effects of Chinese medicine group is better than the comparison group, two groups have significant difference (P<0.05).â‘£After radiotherapy, the patients appear to acute radiation pneumonitis and leucopenia in Chinese medicine group is less than the comparison group, two groups have significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqijiedufang with radical radiotherapy to treat the lung cancer have a prominent role to reduce the side effects on radical radiotherapy of lung cancer, and to improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life. Security for clinical application, worth promoting.
