Objective: this study evaluated the absolute risk of ischemic cardiovascular events which is happenning in the male population aged 35- 59 who does the irregular movement in the next 10 years, and analyzed the influence degree of various risk factors on the absolute risk, not only provided the basis for early prevention and treatment, but also play a realistic significance to reduce morbidity and mortality of ischemic cardiovascular events. Methods: selected the men aged 35- 59,167,who was settled in xi’an randomly, with 35- 39, 40- 44, 45- 49, 50- 54,55- 59,per five years at an age group, adopted "the people" ten years of ischemic cardiovascular disease incidence risk assessment method which developed by the national "fifteen" research group to analyzed and evaluted the physical examination of the proceeds of the blood pressure, blood lipid, blood glucose, body mass index and other risk factors, and designed multiple regression analysis with risk factors as independent variable and absolute risk as a dependent variable.Results:(1) The epidemiological situation: average of various dangerous factors in 35-59 male population : age(46.91±7.5 years); Body mass index(25.05 ±3.14 Kg/m2); Systolic blood pressure(119.92±13.45 mm Hg); Diastolic blood pressure(80.08±9.39 mm Hg); Blood glucose(4.56±1.38mmol/L); Triglycerides(1.61±0.9mmol/L); High density lipoprotein cholesterol(1.27±0.31mmol/L); Low density lipoprotein cholesterol(2.83±0.79mmol/L); Total cholesterol(4.45±0.84mmol/L). Number of each risk factor index more than normal situation was as follows: of the total systolic blood pressure 3 130 mm Hg,30.54%; Diastolic blood pressure 3 85 mm Hg,33.53%, the blood lipid index of hypoglycemia 3 7.0mmol/ L,4.79%; Triglycerides 3 1.7mmol / L,16.17%; High density lipoprotein cholesterol < 1.04mmol/L,19.76%; Low density lipoprotein cholesterol acuity 3 3.37mmol/L,5.99 %; Total cholesterol 3 5.18mmol/L,19.16%. Physical index 325,47.90% or more, smoking rate was 31.14%.(2)The average of persons in each age group have ICVD absolute risk in the next 10 years is as follows: 35-39, 0.79± 0.45 mm; 40-44,0.99±0.72;45-49,1.85±1.65;50-54,2.20±1.45;55-59,2.90±1.89.These were higher than the people of all age groups the lowest risk(35-39, 0.79; 40-45, 0.99; 45-49, 1.85; 50-54,2.20; 55-59,2.90).(3) The constituent ratio of ICVD absolute risk in 35-59 male population:Absolute risk £ 5%, accounting for 93.41% of the total; 5%<Absolute risk of £ 10%, accounting for 5.99% of the total; The absolute risk of > 10%, accounting for 0.6% of the total.(4) Different risk factors of all ages related to the absolute risk degree is as follows: 35 to 39 people for smoking(β= 0.295, P = 0.000) and BMI(P value forβ= 0.336, 0.000), blood pressure(β= 0.301, P = 0.000), blood lipid(β= 0.208, P = 0.031). 40 and 44 of smoking(β= 0.557, P = 0.000), blood pressure(β= 0.424, P = 0.000), BMI(β= 0.304, P = 0.020), blood lipid(β= 0.349, P = 0.008). 45-49 for blood pressure(β= 0.927, P = 0.000), smoking(β= 1.698, P = 0.001); 50 to 55 years old of blood pressure(β= 0.664, P = 0.000), smoking(β= 0.716, P = 0.000), BMI(β= 0.716, P =0.000), blood lipid(β= 0.874, P = 0.002). 55 and 59 of blood pressure(β= 0.761, P = 0.000), blood sugar(β= 6.475, P = 0.000), smoking(β= 0.832, P = 0.000), BMI(β= 0.702, P = 0.000), blood lipid(β= 0.476, P = 0.01).(5)Different risk factors associated with absolute risk degree in 35-59 male population: Blood pressure(β= 0.562, P = 0.000); Age(β= 0.431, P = 0.000). Smoking(β= 0.303, P = 0.000); BMI(β= 0.169, P = 0.000);Glucose(β= 0.153, P = 0.153). Blood lipid(β= 0.133, P = 0.133).Conclusion:(1) 35-59 male population except BMI(25.05 ±3.14), the rest for example, the blood sugar(4.56 ±1.38), blood lipid(1.61 ± 0.97), blood pressure(119.92 ± 13.45),average risk factors are in normal range;(2) persons in each age group have ICVD absolute risk in the next 10 years below the average risk of Chinese evaluation standards;(3) all ages different risk factors related to the absolute risk degree from high to low in turn is: 35-39 people for smoking, BMI, blood pressure, blood lipid; 40-44 people for smoking, blood pressure, BMI, blood lipid; 45-49 people for blood pressure, smoking, BMI, blood lipid; 50-54 people for blood pressure, smoking, BMI, blood lipid; 55-59 people for blood pressure, blood sugar, smoking, BMI, blood lipids. 35-39, 40-44, smoking is highest correlation; 45-49, 50-54, 55- 59, the highest correlation between blood pressure.(4) Different risk factors associated with absolute risk degree order in 35-59 male population from high to low is: blood pressure, age, smoking, BMI, blood glucose, blood lipid; Blood pressure, age, smoking are the top three risk factors which associated with absolute risk, regular and moderate physical exercise can effectively reduce the blood pressure, total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol than, increase high-density lipoprotein cholesterol ratio, exercise to lose weight can effectively reduce body fat, increase lean body mass.(5) No matter from the whole layered or age, smoking, blood pressure, BMI, blood fat have high degree of correlation risk factors.
