Objective:Explore the effect of modified donor lymphocyte infusion on relapsed or refractory hematologic malignancies and offer a new therapy to improve its response rate.Methods:2 cases of clinical data of chemotherapy combination with modified donor lymphocyte infusion for relapsed/refractory hematologic malignancies were retrospective analyzed and reviewed related literature.Results:The first patient achieved partial remission,the second patient achieved complete remission,both of 2 patients were not observed clinical manifestations of graft-versus-host disease.Conclusion:Chemotherapy combination with Modified donor lymphocyte infusion can effectively play the role of graft-versus-leukemia effect,and improve the response rate in relapsed/refractory patients with hematologic malignancies.
